Kit includes: flashlight with 2 heavy-duty mercury-free "AA" batteries, 23-piece first aid kit, lightweight reusable, recyclable emergency rain poncho, a lightweight reusable safety vest, tie down strap, 2 tea light candles, safety matches, cotton knit gloves, an orange "Call Police" banner, foam knee pad (7" x 10"), 6 moist towelettes, PVC shop cloth, and a survival instruction card.
