Absolutely. All of our customers must approve their own custom art proof before we proceed with production on their orders. That means we won’t print your custom apparel until you are happy and have signed off on the design.
You can print as many as you’d like, as long as the particular product you’re ordering can accommodate them. Our team members can help you decide which decoration method and product is suitable for the imprint you have in mind.

Many of our apparel products take an average of 7 business days for standard production time after your proof has been approved but some have either a quicker or slower turnaround. We indicate the production time for every single product on our website and in our catalog, to help our customers determine the amount of time they have to work with, but you can always ask a team member for advice. We recommend you always provide your event date when you contact us, so we can make sure we’re able to deliver your customized products on time.
Yes! Rush production time and availability varies from product to product and expedited shipping is always an option for orders that need to be delivered faster than ground. For all of our apparel products, there is a one-time set-up fee or tape charge of $39.00 for your customization. Tape charges for apparel orders of more than 24 pieces are completely free and we also offer free set-up fees and tape charges for all repeat orders.
There is no limit to the number of stitches in your imprint on left chest embroidery. Based on the artwork you provide us, we will recommend the stitch count that best represents your logo, but there is no additional fee in that location. Complex embroidery requests in alternate locations may require an additional fee which we’ll be happy to quote. Most embroidery requests have no additional charge for extra stitches.
